Premier League
Wolves vs Tottenham Hotpsur – Wolves Double Chance @ 7/10
Tottenham Hotspur’s form has taken an upswing under new boss Jose Mourinho, though Spurs’ 3-2 win at West Ham in the controversial Portuguese manager’s first game in charge remains the club’s only Premier League away victory since January.
On Sunday, Mourinho’s charges travel to take on a Wolves outfit that just refuse to be beaten. Wanderers are in the midst of an 11-match unbeaten stretch, and Nuno Espirito Santo’s side have only been turned over only twice at Molineux in 17 Premier League home games in 2019.
Wolves are a notoriously potent force against the league’s better sides, and Spurs fall into that category. The home side are priced incredibly generously in the double chance market for Sunday’s game and they are well worth backing at the prices quoted.

La Liga
Espanyol vs Real Betis – Real Betis to Win @ 19/10
Last weekend’s 3-2 victory against Athletic Bilbao made it three wins on the bounce for Real Betis and they can extend their purple patch at RCDE Stadium this weekend as boss Rubi returns to face his former club.
Bottom side Espanyol have been woeful at home this season with one draw and seven defeats suffered from eight outings, and although Betis’ away record overall this term leaves plenty to be desired (W1, D2, L4) they have picked up four points from their last two fixtures on the road against Real Madrid (0-0) and Mallorca (2-1).
Based on recent results, Espanyol’s issues at home and the 13 point gap between the teams, Los Verdiblancos look a great bet at nearly 2/1 to land the spoils.

Ligue 1
Toulouse vs Reims – Reims to win @ 11/8
David Guion’s Reims have a great chance of coming away with the three points here as they travel to a Toulouse side currently in disarray. The home side have lost each of their last seven games with 19 goals conceded along the way and there’s little to suggest that les Violets should be taking home the win in this one.
Reims have been in extremely contrasting form with just the one win in their last nine matches and two wins in their last four away games. Reims are also drawn for the least goals conceded in Ligue 1 this season and with them fresh off the back of a 3-1 win over Saint-Étienne, the visitors should have too much for Toulouse here.

Serie A
Brescia vs Lecce – Over 2.5 Goals & BTTS @ 20/21
Brescia’s clash with Lecce represents a huge opportunity for both to score goals. Neither side has done well defensively this term with Brescia conceding an average of 2.5 goals at home, and Lecce shipping an average of 2.00 on their travels. Three or more goals have been scored in five out of six Brescia home games, as well as in six out of eight Lecce away games.
If we combine Brescia’s home games with Lecce’s away games we get just two clean sheets between them (in 14 matches). Both teams have offered promise in attack however, with each club registering in 9 out their last 14 fixtures.
Lecce are the third worst team in Serie A in terms of shots on target conceded, while Brescia rank the sixth-worst in the same metric, with the teams conceding a combined average of 12.67 shots on target per 90 minutes.

Bundesliga
Fortuna Dusseldorf vs RB Leipzig – RB Leipzig over 2.5 team goals @ 7/2
RB Leipzig have been on fire in front of goal in recent weeks. They have scored over 2.5 goals in each of their last five Bundesliga games.
Fortuna have also conceded over 2.5 goals in three of their last four Bundesliga fixtures. This includes Fortuna’s fixtures versus two of Leipzig’s title rivals, Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich.
Leipzig are currently the Bundesliga’s highest scoring team. At 7/2, over 2.5 RB team goals this weekend is very much worth taking a look at.

Scottish Premiership
Aberdeen vs Hamilton – Aberdeen Over 1.5 team goals @ 4/7
Aberdeen will host Hamilton this weekend after a few goal-filled games in prior weeks. Backing the Dons to score over 1.5 goals is a solid choice, as they’ve scored at least two goals in their last three matches at Pittodrie and they’ve netted an average of 1.88 goals at home this season.
The visitors also have one of the weakest defences in the league, conceding 17 times on the road- an average of 2.13. Also, Hamilton has conceded at least twice in four of their last five ties away from home and only keeping a clean sheet in 25% of those games.

Championship
Preston vs Luton – Preston to win @ 8/13
Preston have won 8 of their 11 league fixtures at Deepdale this season, scoring an average of 2.45 goals a game. They beat a strong Fulham side in midweek to make it 3 wins from the last 4 at home. Luton on the other hand have lost 9 of their 11 away league games this season, including a current run of 6 straight defeats over which they’ve conceded an average of 3.33 goals a game. The two sides are fighting at opposite ends of the table and there really only looks like being one winner on Saturday when taking everything into account.

Eredivisie
VVV vs Zwolle – VVV to Win @ 5/4
VVV have won three of their last six matches against Zwolle, which includes the pairs’ last two meetings. The hosts have won two of their last five league games, both at home, while Zwolle have lost four of their last five in the Eredivisie, which includes their last two away games so you can see why we are backing a home win on Saturday.
VVV average 1.50 points per home game while Zwolle average 0.38 points per away game and the hosts have scored 10 goals at home this season, while the visitors have only scored 5 goals on the road, adding further strength to our prediction for a home win this weekend.
James – FST Eredivisie analyst
Primeira Liga
Benfica vs Famalicao – BTTS @ 4/5
Both teams scored in four of Benfica’s and five of Famalicao’s last six matches in all competitions and the hosts score an average of 2.57 goals per home game while the visitors score an average of 1.57 goals per away game, and all of the above adds weight to our prediction for goals to be scored at both ends of the pitch this weekend.
Both teams have scored in 71% of Famalicao’s away games and 43% of the visitor’s away games have seen them concede in both halves, while Benfica have been scoring plenty of goals of late (16 in their last 6 matches) but have only managed to keep two clean sheets in their last six attempts.
