The Owls have picked up just four points from a possible 48 on the road so the 11/8 on Preston to win at Deepdale appeals.
In League Two, 22 of Tranmere’s 27 points have been won at home this season so they could be a bit over-priced at 21/10 to beat Notts County who have lost their last four away from home.
There are 13 places between the two sides in the table but like Tranmere, the Magpies are better on home soil. They’ve lost half of their away games, and their six defeats on the road are as high as any side in the division’s top half.
Rovers 5-1 thumping of Salford on Tuesday made it just one defeat in eight (WDWDWLWW) for the Superwhites who look worth taking at that price.
