Followers of the Super Single won’t be surprised to read that Dundalk are on the Friday night radar once more in Ireland.
Aside from a 0-0 draw with Shelbourne their recent form has been almost impeccable, winning eight of their last 10 and drawing the other two on their way to a 10-match unbeaten run.
They make the short trip south to Drogheda tonight where they should pick up another three points. But the big concern is Dundalk’s away form, they’ve won just two out of 10 on the road and only rock-bottom UCD have scored fewer on their travels. They’ve been involved in three 0-0 draws and failed to score in five.
It’s hard to know what to make of the hosts. They sit third bottom but have picked up wins against both Shamrock Rovers and Dundalk at United Park this season, as well as drawing 1-1 with third-placed Derry City. However, their 3-0 defeat to St Pats was the sixth time they’ve conceded three or more and they’ve kept just four clean sheets in 21 league matches.
Dundalk might just edge this one, however it wouldn’t be a surprise to see Drogheda take something either. That said, recent form makes the visitors well worth a small punt. They’re just 13/20 to win which is understandable but on the skinny side, so double them up with second in the First Division, Galway, for an 11/10 Double.
Their form has been a little patchy but they love a match against Cobh, whom they’ve beaten in five times in a row without conceding. Ramblers are winless in 10 (D2 L8) and anything other than a home win would be big upset.
Don’t miss Jamie Kennedy’s 11/2 Acca for Friday nor Greg’s Bet of the Day from Irleand, both have been in great form of late.

Wimbledon Tips
The big news at Wimbledon was the withdrawal of former champion Rafael Nadal. The Spaniard sustained an abdominal injury in his victory over Taylor Fritz, meaning Nick Kyrgios gets a free pass in to the final where he’ll meet Novak Djokovic or Brit Cameron Norrie.
Unfortunately The Ace’s tip (Kyrgios to beat Nadal 3-0) was posted before the Nadal’s withdrawal, but keep an eye out for any alternative advice he might have for today’s action in the comments section below.

Rizzel provided a couple of winners on Thursday with Rosscarbery and Might Ulysses. He has four picks for Friday’s action to try and continue the form.
