GOAL’s are king and if you followed goals this week your Christmas will be paid for as punters cleaned up on what has been a terrify week of betting.
I landed a full house of winners in three consecutive nights this week and it was great to see all three bets in the Arsenal game land courtesy of Arsenals incredible record of corners in their home games. So after a hugely profitable midweek its back to domestic action in the lower leagues in Europe and like last Friday, I feel the bookies are underestimating goals in Ligue 2 as Caen head to Guingamp.
There are 9 games form Ligue two tonight and its the most attractive card I’ve seen from here in weeks. Some really good looking games with the goals total definitely one to be taken on.

Guingamp vs Caen (7pm)
Visitors Caen were my NAP last weekend as they battled out a 3-3 draw against Le Mans to lNad over 2.5 goals at 6/4 which was a ridiculous price given both sides where in great form and scoring goals.
Caen threw away a 3-1 lead in that match and can feel aggrieved they didn’t take all three points in a match they should have won.
After a disastrous 8 game winless run they change of manager has certainly aided their cause as they are now unbeaten in 5 (3 wins and 2 draws). They are scoring goals freely at the moment with 14 goals in 5 games which is a terrific return.
Those 5 matches delivered 23 goals so although they are scoring goals they aren’t too clever defensively.
They travel to Guingamp who are having a horrible time of it recently. They’ve won just one of their last 5 and come into this game off the back of two heavy defeats on the road at Lorient and Le Havre (3-0 and 4-0), IMO there’s no way Caen should be as big as 10/3 to win this game. The 5/6 on Caen double chance also appeals but I’m going to go with goals.
Guingamp have scored in 7 of there 8 home games and its hard to ignore Caen’s scoring record of late – Should see both sides score here.
Over 2.5 goals is a massive 7/5 – I did look at the Asian over 2.0 goals but its just a bit too short at 7/10. I’d be stunned if we didn’t see at least 2 goals in this match and you could easily double it up with another game over 1.5 goals for even money. Caen are 4/7 to score which I also think is a terrific price. The goal time for Caen to score is set at 77 mins. I’m having some of that

French Ligue 2 Total Goals – 9 matches 7pm
Really like this weeks Ligue 2 – plenty of teams in action who are in great scoring form and with it being Ligue 2 you always get a lower goals total than most leagues.
With 9 games there’s every chance a few of these will see 4+ goals and if we do we should reach 21+ goals. 21+ is well below 27+ you’d normally expect to see for 9 games
