Bournemouth upset the odds on Sunday to give themselves a fighting chance of survival in the Premier League.
Their 4-1 win over Leicester took them to within three points of safety with two games to play whilst it’s made things a lot less comfortable for the Foxes in their quest for a Champions League place.
Hunting them down are Manchester United who have the chance to leap in to third place with a win at home to Southampton.
The Red Devils have been in great form and it was surprising to see this set of stats from ESPN;
If the Premier League started in February, Man United would be:
● Top of the table
● One point clear of Liverpool
● Four points clear of Chelsea
● Six points clear of Man City pic.twitter.com/TV0hnMtS7x— ESPN FC (@ESPNFC) July 11, 2020
SlipsTips doesn’t think Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men will have it all their own way at Old Trafford but his BetBuilder suggests they’ll prevail in the end. Check out his Man Utd v Southampton Preview here.
