Monday’s Football Bet of the Day see’s me focus on the Turkish Super Lig and the Dutch Eerste Divisie. I’ve picked a selection from each league which I like the look of to give us a nice odds against double.
Trabzonspor vs Gazisehir Gaziantep

League leaders Trabzonspor host mid table Gazisehir Gaziantep at the Medical Park Stadyumu. Trabzonspor come into this four points clear at the top, whereas Gaziantep sit in 12th, 15 points behind their opponents.
Andreas Cornelius’s scored a 96th minute winner away to champions Besiktas last time out to extend Trabzonspor’s winning run to five in the Süper Lig. In fact, Trabzonspor are still unbeaten in the league, winning nine of their 12 matches. Trabzonspor have only dropped points against sides positioned 6th and above in the league. No side has scored more goals in the Süper Lig than Trabzonspor, with the league leaders scoring 24 goals in their opening 12 matches.
After failing to win their previous three matches, Gazisehir Gaziantep defeated struggles Kasimpasa 2-0 last time out. Gaziantep have collected 15 points from their opening 12 matches this season, however 14 of those points have came at home. Gaziantep have lost five of their six away matches, conceding 16 goals and scoring on just four occasions. In all five of their defeats on their travels, Gaziantep have conceded at least twice.
Ajax II vs Roda JC

Roda JC travel to Amsterdam to take on Ajax II at the Sportpark De Toekomst. Ajax II are currently 6th in the league, three places and four points above their opponents who are one place outside the playoff spots.
Ajax II were involved in a classic last time out as they drew 4-4 with 2nd placed Volendam on Friday night. Ajax II are now unbeaten in their last six league matches, winning four. Only the top two sides have scored more goals than Ajax II, with them scoring 37 goals in their 15 matches. As well as scoring plenty, Ajax II also concede plenty as they’ve conceded 28 goals and have only kept one clean sheet. 13 of Ajax II 15 league matches have went over 2.5 goals, with 10 of them going over 3.5 goals.
Roda JC will be left frustrated as they could only draw 2-2 with out form AZ II on Friday evening, conceding on 88th minute. Still, Roda have only lost one of their last six matches, scoring 12 goals in that time. Roda are one of the highest scorers in the Eerste Divisie, scoring 27 goals in their 14 matches, failing to score only twice. 10 of Roda’s 14 matches this season have went over 2.5 goals, including six of their seven away from home.
Bet of the Day
Trabzonspor will be looking to keep up their unbeaten start to the season and extend their lead at the top of the table to seven points. They host a Gaziantep side who are in mid table, but who have lost five of their six away games, collecting just one point and conceding 16 goals. Trabzonspor have won nine of their 12 league matches and I’m backing them to heap more away day misery on their opponents and extend their lead at the top of the Süper Lig. Once again this season Ajax II are the goal kings of the Dutch Eerste Divisie with their games averaging a whopping 4.33 goals per match. 13 of their 15 matches have went over 2.5 goals and I’m expecting goals once more as they come up against a Roda side who’ve seen six of their seven away matches go over 2.5 goals. Both sides can contribute here in what should be an entertaining game and I’m once more backing over 2.5 goals.
