Monday’s Football Bet of the Day see’s me begin in the Dutch second tier and a fixture that looks good for goals. Then it’s to Bolivia where we should see yet another home victory.

Ajax II host MVV in the Dutch second tier at the Sportpark De Toekomst in Amsterdam. The visitors MVV are currently three points and four places above their hosts.
Ajax II come into after securing back to back victories, defeating both NAC Breda and Almere City, scoring 10 goals in both victories. That takes their goal tally up to 16 after seven rounds, with the Ajax youngsters scoring in their last six matches in a row. However they’ve conceded 16 goals also with them yet to keep a clean sheet. Six of their seven matches have went over 2.5 goals with them conceding 2+ goals in all seven matches.
MVV recovered from their 7-1 hammering at Emmen by defeating Eindhoven 1-0 last time out. MVV have only failed to score once in their seven matches, scoring 10 goals. MVV have already conceded on 17 occasions, including 12 in their last two away matches. Five of their seven fixtures this season have went over 2.5 goals.
Independiente Petrolero vs Aurora

Independiente Petrolero host Aurora in the Bolivian top flight at the Estadio Olímpico Patria. The hosts currently sit in 3rd, whereas the visitors Aurora sit in 12th.
Independiente Petrolero come into this fixture in superb form, winning seven of their last eight matches. At home, they have a strong record as they’ve won eight of their 10 matches, with only the two sides above them in the league (The Strongest & Club Always Ready) taking any points away with them. They average over two goals a game at home, with them scoring 21 goals and scoring 2+ goals on seven occasions.
Club Aurora come into this off the back of a 5-1 drubbing away to Bolívar. Aurora have a poor away record with them only once in their 10 matches, losing on seven occasions. In fact, they’ve lost all five matches on their travels against top half sides. Aurora have conceded 19 goals away from home, including nine in their last two games.
Bet of the Day
The Dutch second tier has been a favourite for goal punters in the last few seasons and goals are expected between Ajax II and MVV. In both meetings last season, we saw an incredible 13 goals scored and once more I’m expecting a high scoring fixture. Bolivia is a league I’ve had an eye on in the last few seasons and once thing I’ve noticed is how strong teams are at home. Independiente Petrolero are know different and I’m expecting them to defeat poor travellers Club Aurora in a game that should see at least two strikes.
