RANGERS and Celtic face tricky tests in the Europa League tonight but both can progress to the group stage.
Steven Gerrard’s men have the tougher task at home to Galatasaray while Celtic can win at Sarajevo for the second season running.
Gerrard is aiming to lead the club to the group stage for third year in a row and he’s lost just five of 34 Euro ties.
It’s an impressive record and after taking down Willem 4-0 the Ibrox men are evens with McBookie to win in 90 minutes and 8-15 to qualify.
Rangers have conceded three in their last three and goals could be on the menu here with the likes of Radamael Falcao and Ryan Babbel in the opposition ranks. Both to score pays 4-5 at McBookie.
Ex-Man United man Falcao is 19-4 with McBookie to score first while his Colombia team-mate Alfredo Morelos is 7-2 favourite.
I’m taking a chance on flying Ryan Kent to maintain his form with the opener at 13-2.
Celtic struggled to put away Riga but are short at 1-3 with McBookie to win in Sarajevo.
Neil Lennon’s side put on their best display of the season to beat Hibs 3-0 at the weekend and that will have boosted confidence.
Albian Ajeti’s injury is a blow though and with Odsonne Edouard out of form I’m backing Ryan Christie to net first at 17-4.
Sarajevo, who crashed to Dinamo Brest in the Champions League qualifiers, have netted in six of their last seven Euro ties so both to score has a chance at 11-8 with McBookie.
Spurs are the other British team in action and should beat Maccabi Haifa with plenty to spare. Back them -2 Asian at evens with McBookie.
Daily Double
- Rangers vs Galatasaray btts (7.45pm)
- Spurs -2AH (8pm)
- (5-2, McBookie)
