IT’S the final International break of the year and it all kicks off on Thursday as Turkey host Iceland in the early kick off in a match I’m taking the hosts to win to all but secure top spot in Group H.
That’s followed up by 6 games kicking off 7.45pm and I can’t believe the how low the total goals line has been set for these games considering we have England, Portugal, France all at home against inferior opposition + Kosovo and Albania who should also deliver goals
Selectabet and I have just recorded this weekends Gambla Betting Podcast which you can now listen to. It covers Thursday’s Euro 2020 action and also action from the weekends Scottish and English matches.
Euro 2020 Total Goals Special – 6 matches (7.45pm)
Before the prices came out for this I genuinely thought we’d be looking at around 23-24+ goals from the six 7.45pm matches ro get around even money.
That opinion was based on England being at home against a Montenegro side they battered 5-1 in the away fixture. France should hitting Moldova for at least 3 or 4. Portugal are at home to a dire Lithuania side. The Czech Republic looks a stick on for BTTS with the hosts seeing over 2.5 goals in their last 8 games and it’s 13 games since Kosovo failed to score.
Add to the mix we have an Albania side who have just beaten Iceland 4-2, and are at home to Minnows Andorra and Serbia who need three points against lowly Luxembourg.
Potential to be goals in all of these games and with half of them strong contenders to see 4+ I think the 21+ goals Skybet are offering should be snapped up
Recommended Bet
- 21+ goals to be scored
- 5/6 (Skybet) (NAP)
Turkey vs Iceland (KO 5pm)
The Turks have an opportunity to all but secure 1st spot in group H and I’m taking them to do just that by collecting another three points against away day strugglers Iceland.
Its now 6 wins in a row at home for Turkey and that includes an impressive 2-1 win against world champions France – Iceland are just one win from their last 8 away matches and given they are minus a few key players, coupled with Turkey’s resurgence in this qualifying campaign, they should edge this.
Recommended Bet:
- Turkey to win
- 4/5 (Betway)
