Netherlands v Ukraine
The Netherlands have been absent from major tournaments for a number of years and they will be hoping to make up for lost time this summer. However, they are now managed by Frank de Boer, whose record since leaving Ajax is less than impressive and there have been a number of underwhelming results during qualifying.
The Oranje will be looking towards the brilliance of Memphis Depay and the Lyon star comes off the back of a tremendous campaign in Ligue 1.
However, they fail to convince and they begin this tournament with their trickiest game in Group C.
Ukraine are incredibly tough to beat, and they have picked up some notable results against big teams (such as France) recently. They conceded just four times during qualifying and they won’t go down without a fight.

England v Croatia
The Three Lions have been priced up as second favourites for the tournament this summer and they will be fancied to begin with a victory at Wembley.
Home advantage is likely to play a key part as the tournament progresses, however, they may have to settle for a draw against Croatia.
The pair have met numerous times over the last five years with mixed results, however, neither side will want to give much away in the opening group game. England are carrying a couple of injuries and despite having plenty of talent in their ranks, Gareth Southgate is rarely bombastic with his selections.
Croatia are ageing, yet they still possess plenty of danger men. A draw looks likely.
