HUGE night of football from the English Premier League with all eyes on the Manchester Derby as Man City will be looking to take a step closer to the title. Its hard not to fancy City but still feel Man United are worth a consolation goal, especially given they are at home and need a result.
My main focus will be on the match involving Wolves and Arsenal with the gunners knowing three points is an absolute must if they have aspirations of UCL football next season.
I’ve backed Wolves matches a few times this season against the big guns and they really do enjoy mixing it with the best sides. I think we should see an open game with Wolves more than capable of scoring and Arsenal desperate for the win, goals to be on the cards.
Wolverhampton Wanderers vs Arsenal (KO 7.45pm)
It was a massive setback for Arsenal on Sunday going down to a surprise 2-3 home defeat against Palace. You could blame their Europa league excursion to Naples on Thursday but there won’t be any excuses tonight, they will be at near full strength but will be wary of Wolves’s terrific record against the top 6.
Arsenal have hardly been watertight on the road conceding in 15 of the 17 away matches in the EPL. That’s a poor record and one in which doesn’t look like improving against a Wolves side who have been terrific at home and have already defeated Man United twice, Chelsea and Liverpool this season at Molineux.
I’m struggling to see Arsenal keeping a clean sheet but they are more than capable of scoring two and that’s why I like the look of match goals here at just a shade short of even money
Its should be an open game with both sides finding the net.
