Liverpool v Manchester United
IT has been a long time since Manchester United sat top in January but their stay at the summit could be brief if they lose at Liverpool tomorrow.
The Red Devils last led the way at this stage in Sir Alex Ferguson’s final season and they haven’t won the title since the great man retired in 2013.
But fans are daring to dream again after the 1-0 midweek win at Burnley saw the Red Devils jump above the champions.
United’s league form is impressive – undefeated since a 1-0 loss to Arsenal back in November – while Liverpool have hit a sticky patch of late.
They are without a league win in three and even allowed Aston Villa’s youth team to level in the FA Cup last week before eventually winning 4-1.
Having to field a makeshift defence is starting to affect Jurgen Klopp’s side and I fancy United’s attack to get some Anfield joy.
United look overpriced at 5/2 with McBookie, although I wouldn’t rule out a draw at 14/5.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men are just 4/11 with William Hill to score but over 1.5 United goals is better at 17/10 (888Sport).

There were nine yellows and two reds when Wolves last played a derby against Villa a few weeks ago.

Leeds Utd v Brighton
It should be easier on the eye when Leeds host Brighton as both sides like to get the ball down and play out from the back.
Marcelo Bielsa’s men were embarrassed by Crawley in the FA Cup last weekend but should get back to winning ways here and are 23/20 at McBookie.
I can see there being a few goals and over 3.5 strikes pays 6/4 with the same firm.
Leicester City v Southampton
Tonight’s late game between Leicester and Southampton also has the potential to be a cracker.
Both teams like to press high and I’m expecting it to sparkle from the kick-off.
