MAN CITY’S quad dream is dead but they can keep treble hopes alive by beating Spurs at lunchtime.
Wednesday’s thrilling 4-3 defeat of the Londoners was one of the games of the season and it’s asking a lot for an Etihad repeat just three days later.
Exiting the Champions League will boost City’s chances of pipping Liverpool to the title and i reckon it’s all theirs if they win today and at Man United next weekend.
Both sides will be emotionally and physically drained after a rollercoaster of a match that finally went Spurs’ way on away goals when Sergio Aguero’s injury-time goal was wiped by VAR.
Neither can afford to drop points but the managers will be keen to freshen up their starting XIs and City’s bigger squad gives them an advantage here.
It was an incredible end to an incredible match that produced a Champions League record five goals in the opening 20 minutes.
We can’t expect the same level of excitement but I’m on City to win although a best price of 1-3 almost insults Spurs.
No two matches are the same so this could be a low scorer and I’m on City and under 3.5 goals at 13-8 with Paddy Power.

Newcastle v Southampton and West Ham v Leicester look tough to call but I fancy a both to score double here at 11-5 with McBookie.
Tomorrow there are three games involving teams at the top. Liverpool should keep their title challenge on track with victory at Cardiff but are only 2-9 at Unibet so leave it out unless you find something of value.
Arsenal should use their superb home record to see off a tricky Crystal Palace side and are 1-2 with the likes of Ladbrokes and William Hill.
Everton followed victory against Chelsea with defeat at Fulham so difficult to know what to make of them.
We know though they’ll raise their game for the visit of Man United who chased shadows at Barcelona in midweek. I can see Everton avoiding defeat and they are 11-8 draw no bet against a side who could be feeling the effects of their midweek visit to the Nou Camp.
The only game in the EFL today is Accrington v Luton with full cards yesterday and on Easter Monday.
League One leaders Luton were beaten at Charlton and before that held by Blackpool so they must get back on track or risk being caught by Barnsley or Sunderland.
They tackle a lowly Accrington where they’ve won their last two and dumped them 4-1 at home.
Luton’s last five have gone over 2.5 goals so consider Luton and over 2.5 goals at 8-5 with Ladbrokes.
