Betting on Team Nigma to lose at least one map has proven to be a very profitable strategy of late, and we have another such opportunity on our hands as they take on Tundra Esports. The ex-mudgolems squad enter this match with a 2-3 record and a 7-6 map differential, which is solid going for a team of this calibre.
Tundra’s only defeat of the month happened last Tuesday when they lost against Alliance, although they held on well and even won a map, so it wouldn’t be fair to criticize them too much for effort. In the weeks prior, Tundra swept Team Liquid (2-0) and High Coast Esports (2-0) and stole one map off OG (2-1), so it’s not like they lack quality.
There is a world where Tundra steal the win, but we are hesitant about betting against Nigma’s stacked roster. Over 2.5 maps is a safer bet at a good price.

Team Secret have yet to lose a series this tournament, and if the latest odds at esports betting sites are any indication, that won’t change on Tuesday.
Even though there is no denying Secret are a much stronger team than High Coast Esports, we can’t ignore odds that imply HCE have only a 15.4% chance of winning – very low for an online match. Those prices look even more lopsided when you consider that High Coast stole a map off OG and then stomped Vikin.gg in their last outing.
We don’t expect HCE to win, but stealing one map off the high-flying Secret should be within the realms of possibility. At the offered odds, we have to take a shot on HCE to cover the map line.
