IT’S one of the biggest Old Firm games in years as Celtic seek the win that would take them above Rangers at the top.
Roared on by 60,000 Hoops fans, McBookie make Ange Postecoglou’s men 23/20 favourites with Gers as big as 12/5 and the draw 23/10.
But it’s a hard one to call with Celts missing so many key players, even though their form since the winter break has been better than their rivals’.
The Ibrox men have also bossed this fixture of late, going seven games without defeat against the Hoops.
Everyone thought the first derby of the season would be a thriller, myself included, but it was settled by a single goal.
So I’m going to bet on another tense affair tonight, with under 2.5 goals at 10/11 with SBK and the half-time draw paying 6/5 at Bet365.
McBookie also price a one-goal winning margin for either side at 13/10 and that has come up in every Celtic game since the winter break.
The card markets are always worth exploring in this fixture and some of the prices at Bet365 are tempting.
They make Carl Starfelt as big as 3/1 to be carded and that looks great value as he often dives into challenges.
Glen Kamara is the same price and that also looks good value as he will be at the heart of the midfield battle.
It’s semi-final time at the AFCON and shock troops Burkina Faso are 5/1 outsiders against Senegal.
Neither team has been scoring freely so I fancy under 2.5 goals but the odds are poor at 4/9 with BoyleSports. So I’m backing the half-time draw at 20/23 with the same firm.
Super single
- One-goal winning margin in Old Firm (13/10, McBookie).
Card double
- Starfelt and Kamara (15/1, Bet365).
McBookie bet builder
- Combining a Senegal win with under 2.5 goals at the AFCON pays 176/100
