Burnley are the only team without a point in the Premier League this season, but they will fancy their chances of kickstarting their campaign when they travel to The Hawthorns to take on West Bromwich Albion on Monday evening.
The Clarets are bottom of the table, but Sean Dyche’s men have only played three games, and they could climb up to 17th with a win this week.
West Brom are only one point better off than Burnley after three defeats in their first four matches.
Slaven Bilic’s side were in total control against Chelsea last month, but they let a 3-0 lead slip to draw 3-3.
Leicester City, Everton and Southampton have got the better of them so far, and their home form is a worry at present. The Baggies have just one win at home in their last six games at The Hawthorns, and that came at the expense of League Two side Harrogate Town.
They have only lost one of their last six against Burnley, but their last meeting went Burnley’s way in March 2018.
Dyche should welcome back striker Jay Rodriguez for Monday’s battle against his former club, and Burnley will be doing all they can to disrupt West Brom and make it a tight game.
The international break will have given Dyche time to work with his players, and their experience should help them pick up their first points of the season.
Burnley’s last five victories in all competitions have all been to nil, and they are 19/5
to repeat that this week.
Leeds Ready to Tame Nuno’s Wolves
Leeds have made a positive start to life in the Premier League, their first campaign in the top flight for 16 years.
Marcelo Bielsa’s side have made a big impression so far, and they are ninth after picking up seven points from their first four matches.
Wolves have made a similar start, securing six points from the same amount of games, but their 4-0 defeat to West Ham certainly raised a few eyebrows.
Both teams have impressed on the front foot, but Leeds’ three-match unbeaten run cannot be overlooked.
The Whites have not lost a league game at Elland Road since February and Monday’s game should be end-to-end with both teams trying to assert their dominance.
Pablo Hernandez is back from injury, while deadline-day signing Raphinha is available to make his debut and Leeds will be hopeful of securing the win that can see them climb to third.
Wolves’ form on the road is not encouraging either as Nuno Espirito Santo’s troops have won just once in their last five games away from Molineux and Leeds, who have kept just one clean sheet this season, are priced at 3/1
to win and both teams to score.
