LET there be no doubt, Boxing Day is the best day of the year. Elasticated trousers, comfy slippers, feet up and all set for a day betting on the footie and racing while enjoying the Christmas Day leftovers. Bliss.
The live action gets under way north and south of the border with Rangers v Hibs and Leicester City v Manchester United on Sky Sports and BT Sport respectively at 12.30pm. There’s also some festive football on BBC One, a rarity for a Saturday 3pm kick-off but viewers can look forward to Crystal Palace’s visit to Aston Villa.
