Complexity have not made a single roster change ahead of the 2023 season, which doesn’t make much sense if the team wishes to compete for big trophies. Their 2022 campaign was underwhelming, to say the least, as this once-great team managed to pick up just two tournament titles in ESEA Cash Cup Autumn #4 and #5.
Now they’re going against the current fourth-highest-rated team in the world, which had a bumpy ending to the 2022 season (by their standards), placing second in the BLAST Premier Fall Final and top four at the World Final.
Looking at this match, the only thing Complexity have going for them is that FaZe are rusty, having been out of action for a month and that Håvard “rain” Nygaard will miss the event. But even if FaZe Clan play at 50% strength, they shouldn’t struggle against the fallen NA juggernauts.

TEAM LIQUID vs OG CS:GO BETTING & MATCH DETAILS |

Best Odds: | Liquid $1.52 at Betway | OG $2.37 at Betway |

Team Liquid looked incredible at the end of 2022. They finished top four at BLAST Premier: Fall Finals 2022 and made the finals of World Final 2022 in December. And even though Team Liquid haven’t won any major events, they have vastly improved since adding Mareks “YEKINDAR” Gaļinskis.
Their next opponents, OG, are a bit of an enigma since they haven’t managed to produce solid results consistently in 2022. But we saw OG show their teeth in a few big events when they reached the semis at Global Esports Tour Dubai 2022, BLAST Premier Spring Finals 2022, and the World Final 2022.
Team Liquid are a superior team, but OG are no slouches and should do some damage on Friday. It wouldn’t even be shocking to see OG winning the game, but no matter the result, this is bound to be a close affair.

G2 ESPORTS vs BIG CS:GO BETTING & MATCH DETAILS |

Best Odds: | G2 $1.28 at Betway | BIG $3.50 at Betway |

G2 Esports had a rough 2022 season, failing to step up in big tournaments up until the final event of the year when they won BLAST Premier World Final 2022 with a 2-0 sweep of Team Liquid. G2 Esports’ success in the season’s final tournament was hardly shocking since this is a very stacked roster, but if G2 Esports taught us that they’re not the most consistent team.
Based on their success in December, G2 Esports rightly enter this bout as massive favourites, but we wouldn’t be so quick to write off BIG. The German squad are 0-2 in the head-to-head with G2, which includes a 17-19, 16-19 loss in September, but this is the teams’ first match in a month, so a bit scrappier affair is to be expected.
BIG to win at least one map at $1.72 looks like a clear choice. G2 Esports might have a much higher ceiling, but they’re anything but a consistent team and likely unprepared following a long break.
