The Anytime Goalscorer market is routinely among the most popular offered by bookmakers – and it’s really as simple as it sounds.
If the player you’ve bet on hits the net for his team in regulation time (90 mins + stoppages) you win!
When bookies open an anytime goalscorer market for a fixture, you can generally back any player from either team to score.
So whether you fancy staking on an odds-on prolific poacher, a penalty kick expert, a corner threat with a big price or a player on a hot streak – the bookmakers have you covered.
To help you delve into the Europa League anytime GS markets on Thursday as a more informed bettor, we’ve compiled a list of players that we think have a cracking chance of getting on the scoresheet this week.
Check them out below.
Remember- we’ll be covering all of this week’s UEL action in detail with match previews and exclusive betting tips on our Europa League predictions page
Mason Greenwood (Astana vs MANCHESTER UNITED)
Remarkably, Mason Greenwood who turned 18 just last month, is among the most experienced members of the incredibly young Man Utd squad that travelled to Kazakhstan for the club’s Europa League dead rubber against Astana.
The highly-rated striker has already scored four times for United in all competitions this season, two of which were plundered in the forward’s three Europa League starts since the summer.
Greenwood scored United’s winning goal when they scraped past Astana in a narrow 1-0 triumph at Old Trafford in September, and the talented youngster will hope to be at the sharp end of things in the return fixture against the Blue and Yellows on Thursday.
Having bagged the first Premier League goal of his career on Sunday against Sheffield United, the United academy graduate’s confidence should be soaring, and we’re backing Greenwood to register again against Astana.

Jean Pierre Nsamé (YOUNG BOYS vs Porto)
Cameroonian attacker Jean Pierre Nsamé is in sensational goal-scoring form ahead of Young Boys’ potentially pivotal Europa League Group G clash with Porto on Thursday.
The 26-year old rattled the net nine times in his last nine starts for the Swiss outfit, and at the weekend, Nsamé collected the match ball after ramming home a brilliant hattrick against Sion.
Nsamé scored from the spot when Young Boys fell to a 2-1 defeat against Porto in the reverse Group G meeting between the teams in September, and we’re tipping the physically imposing centre-forward to prolong his purple patch at the Portuguese club’s expense this week.

Marcus Thuram (Wolfsberger AC vs BORUSSIA MONCHENGLADBACH)
With everything still to play for in Europa League Group J, and all four teams still in with a shout of qualifying for the competition’s next round, Wolfsberger AC’s game against Borussia Monchengladbach on Thursday could be a decisive one.
Monchengladbach can climb to the top of the Group with a win in Austria, and they will be looking to regular goal-getter Marcus Thuram to be their match-winning talisman again.
With four goals and three assists in his last six starts for Die Fohlen, the 22-year old Frenchman is in red-hot form, and having notched a last-gasp winner for his club in their last Europa League outing against Roma, we’re backing Thuram to be his team’s continental hero again this week.

Munas Dabbur (SEVILLA vs Qarabag)
Sevilla are already home and hosed in Group A having taking maximum points from their opening four Europa League matches, and that should allow the La Liga heavyweights to experiment with their team for the visit of Qarabag this week.
Israeli forward Munas Dabbur has yet to make his mark domestically for Sevilla since joining the club from RB Salzburg in the summer, though the 27-year old has impressed when handed the opportunity to do so in the Europa League.
Dabbur has a developed a real affinity for the tournament during his career, and having scored eight times in 10 Europa League appearances last season for RB Salzburg, the Israeli international has started the fresh campaign with two goals in two UEL starts.
Sevilla are expected to cruse to victory at home to an ordinary looking Qarabag team this week, and Dabbur should have ample opportunities to extend his fine Europa League goal-scoring record.
You can find more Sevilla vs Qarabag betting tips in our expert’s match preview.
Gabriel Martinelli (ARSENAL vs Eintracht Frankfurt)
Arsenal can secure top spot in Europa League Group F with a victory against German side Eintracht Frankfurt at the Emirates on Thursday, and Brazilian hot-shot Gabriel Martinelli will hope to help them on their way.
The promising 18-year old has seen only 83 minutes of Premier League action this season, though Martinelli has been shining brightly for the Gunners in cup competitions.
Incredibly, the summer acquisition notched a total of seven goals in just five Europa League and Carabao Cup starts for Arsenal, and Martinelli will be desperate to make a similar head-turning impact this week.
