Preasy Esports have made some noise this season with a bronze medal from CCT Online Finals #3 in September and a semifinal run at CCT East Europe Series #3 in late October. But after the transition to Counter-Strike 2, the Danes had started to show cracks — until the signing of rifler Fredrik “roeJ” Røj Christensen from Fnatic.
With roeJ, Preasy have claimed five straight victories and won their first title at CCT Online Finals #4. Even though roeJ isn’t solely to thank for that resurgence, the 29-year-old has averaged an incredible 1.25 performance rating since joining the team.
Like Preasy, ECSTATIC have had their moments over the last couple of months, with two semifinal runs at CCT East Europe Series #3 and CCT East Europe Series #4, but overall they have been inconsistent. They’re 2-4 over the last five games, with two rough losses against The Prodigies Sweden (9-13) and EHawks (11-13).
As a regional derby, this has the potential to be a close game. However, there is no denying Preasy Esports are in much better form.

SAW kicked off their YaLLa Compass Fall 2023 main stage campaign with a 2-0 sweep of the struggling Entropiq, but that win doesn’t take away from the fact that they are 4-5 since the turn of the month.
Over their last nine series, SAW have beaten only Prodigies (2-0), PARIVISION (2-0), Pompa Team (2-0) and Entropiq; however, they’ve failed to look as good against SINNERS Esports (1-2), FORZE Esports (1-2), Movistar Riders (1-2) and Metizport (0-2).
Espionage made it through YaLLa Compass Fall 2023 contenders stage with a perfect record and wins against JANO Esports (2-0), Dynamo Eclot (2-0) and IKLA (2-0), to which they added another 2-0 sweep of Sprout in the main stage. Espionage had shown great form even before YaLLa Compass Fall 2023 and are 9-2 over their last 11 series.
Top CS2 betting sites have SAW priced as favourites, which doesn’t make much sense and likely has to do with brand recognition. Even though we have not seen much from Espionage, they are in great form and look to be an excellent bet at plus money.
