Wednesday’s Football Bet of the Day sees me focus on the big match in the Scottish Premiership, and I’ve come up with a goal and cards-based bet builder.

Two of the top three in the Scottish Premiership table go head-to-head at Tynecastle on Wednesday night as third-placed Hearts host second-placed Rangers.
Hearts extended their unbeaten run in the Scottish Premiership to nine matches on Sunday afternoon, as they drew 0-0 away at the side directly below them in the table, Livingston. Only both the Old Firm have left Gorgie with all three points this season, with The Jambos winning eight of their 11 league matches at home this season (W8-D1-L2) – including each of their last four. Robbie Neilson’s men have found the back of the net in 11/12 of their matches at Tynecastle this season, scoring an eye-catching 22 goals.
Rangers made it seven wins from their previous eight Scottish Premiership matches with a comfortable 2-0 victory at home to struggling St Johnstone on Saturday afternoon. After being victorious in just three of their opening seven away Premiership matches, Michael Beale’s side head to the capital, winning each of their last four on their travels. The Gers have only failed to score at Celtic Park at the start of September in the league this season, scoring 53 goals across their other 22 league assignments.
Bet of the Day
Both of these clubs head into this fixture in terrific form, with Hearts unbeaten in each of their last nine in the league, whilst the Glasgow giants have won seven of their previous eight Premiership matches. Given Hearts have only failed to score once at home this season, and Rangers have made the net bulge in all bar one of their league outings, I envisage both of these form sides will get on the scoresheet here.
