Pascal Jansen’s visitors have struck in 17 of their last 19 fixtures and given the hosts have conceded in 11 of their last 12 in the Eredivisie, there’s every chance we’ll see both net in the Cathedral City.
Feyenoord to Score 2+
UEFA Conference League finalists Feyenoord make the trip to the De Adelaarshorst to take on mid-table Go Ahead Eagles.
Feyenoord staged a dramatic late comeback to draw 2-2 with PSV at De Kuip on Sunday afternoon, whilst The Eagles conceded in stoppage-time to lose 1-0 away to NEC, their third successive defeat.
Arne Slot’s visitors have won six of their last eight on their travels, only losing at Ajax (1st) and AZ (5th) on that run and will be confident of defeating an Eagles side that’s W1-D1-L6 when hosting top-half sides.
De Stadionclub have only failed to score once on their travels this season and are the Eredivisie’s top-scoring away side (36) and they look good to score a brace for the eighth consecutive league match.
Sevilla to Score 2+
Sevilla will look to seal Champions League football for next season, as they host relegation-threatened Mallorca at the Estadio Ramón Sanchez Pizjuán.
Julen Lopetegui’s side scored an injury-time equaliser away at Villarreal last time, to draw 1-1 for the second consecutive match, whilst The Pirates were thumped 2-6 at home to relegation-rivals Granada.
Javier Aguirre’s side have now lost each of their last nine La Liga matches on their travels, with only Deportivo Alavés (6) collecting fewer than the eight points they have collected.
Sevilla have scored two or more in 12/17 of their La Liga fixtures on home turf and there’s every chance they’ll score another double against this leaky Mallorca defence.
Nantes vs Rennes – Both Teams to Score
Fresh off the back of their Coupe de France victory, Nantes host Champions League-chasing Rennes at the Stade de la Beaujoire.
Prior to their 1-0 win over Nice in the Coupe de France final, Antoine Kombouaré’s side drew 2-2 away to Lens, meaning they’ve lost just one of their last six in Ligue 1, whilst Bruno Génésio’s side have won back-to-back fixtures at home to struggles Lorient and Saint-Étienne.
The Canaries have scored 14 goals in their last six Ligue 1 fixtures and will be confident of adding that to that tally against a Rennes side that’s conceded in each of their last nine on their travels.
However, Les Rouge et Noir have scored in each of their last 11 in the league and given the hosts have conceded in each of their last eight, both teams to score looks like the best approach in this one.
