LEICESTER can’t lose or the title race could be over by the end of the year.
It’s beginning to look like a runaway Liverpool success as they lead the Foxes by eight and Man City by 14.
There’s a school of thought City are focusing on the Champions League so Brendan Rodgers’ men are the only ones who can stop Liverpool lifting their first title since 1990 – and wouldn’t that be ironic.
What’s clear is the gap can’t increase and while Leicester are banker material today at home to Norwich they face two titanic tussles later this month.
Next Saturday it’s Man City away and on Boxing Day they entertain Liverpool – win both and we could have a title fight.
Some bookies have already paid out on Liverpool and Leicester are a biggest 16-1 with Paddy Power compared to 1-7 on the leaders.
Today is a must-win for Rodgers’ men and they are no bigger than 2-9 at bet365 so look at other markets for value.
The Foxes have kept seven clean sheets, the highest in the league, while on the road Norwich have only netted at Everton and Southampton.
Leicester to win to nil is 27-25 at Marathonbet while Leicester -1 pays 8-13 at bet365 and Leicester -2 has a chance at 17-10 with Paddy Power.
Jamie Vardy just can’t stop scoring – that’s eight EPL games in a row – and is no bigger at 1-2 with bet365 to make it nine. To score first the ex-England star is 12-5 at bet365.
Liverpool also look to have a gimme at home to Watford. Jurgen Klopp has been rotating recently and is likely to do so again after going full strength to book a Champions League last-16 place at Salzburg in midweek.
The Reds are as short as 1-6 against a side that’s lost 6-1, 5-0 and 5-0 on their last three visits to Anfield.
New boss Nigel Pearson is likely to be pragmatic and if Klopp rests players it may be a 2-0 or 3-0 win. Best bet is Liverpool -1 on accas at 1-2 with Ladbrokes while -2 pays 13-10 with Paddy Power.
For those who love stats Liverpool -4 is 13-2 at Ladbrokes and to score 5+ they are 17-4 at Coral.
If Divock Origi starts back the Dutchman at 4-1 with BetVictor to break the deadlock.
Man City are in action at Arsenal on Sunday and while they should win 1-2 is extremely short.
City have won three in a row at the Emirates and seven of the last eight meetings there have gone over 2.5 goals so City and overs could be the best bet at 4-5 with Coral.
Elsewhere today Chelsea are no bigger than 1-4 to beat a Bournemouth side that’s suffered five defeats in a row. Back Chelsea -1 at 7-10 with Betway.
Both teams have scored in three quarters of Aston Villa’s away games and that’s likely when they visit fellow promoted side Sheffield United. It pays 8-11 at William Hill.
Duncan Ferguson made his dugout debut for Everton last week and rocked Goodison with a 3-1 defeat of Chelsea.
He’ll find it much tougher at Man United on Sunday and I like United and both to score at 13-5 with bet365.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer rested players in midweek and Marcus Rashford is likely to return. Take him at 4-1 with bet365.
In the Championship I like Leeds at home to Cardiff, QPR at Barnsley and Pretson at home to Luton.
