SOME great games on Saturday and some tremendous winners as well.
Liverpool v Newcastle and Norwich v Man City didn’t let us down and if I’d stuck to goals bets I’d have been fine.
Both matches went over 3.5 goals but of course Norwich produced the shock of the season by beating the champions at home. It was a great effort and as a result Liverpool have a tidy five-point lead at the top.
I went against some of the favourites and that cost me with Man United holding off Leicester and Wolves being hammered by a scintillating Chelsea.
So it wasn’t a good day for me but I was probably due a bad Saturday. However, the likes of Greg, Desmond and HullShaker did well and there were plenty of winners on the comments section.
Plenty to look at on Sunday including Watford v Arsenal, Bournemouth v Everton and Barnsley v Leeds as well as some big games on the Continent.
I’ve picked out a both to score treble and will add other tips in the morning.
As it’s still early in the season I’ve gone mainly on h2h results. For example the last five Genoa-Atalanta games have gone over 2.5 goals and the previous five Hoffenheim v Freiburg have gone over 2.5 goals and saw both score including two 3-3 draws.
