There are slimmer pickings for punters on Monday, but we still have a handful of top-flight games in Scandinavia to sink our teeth into.
After a horror campaign that saw them finish seventh last term, Malmo are back in the hunt for the Swedish crown.
Their title bid was derailed a little last week with a surprise 2-1 loss at home to mid-table Mjallby that has left them sitting third.
Malmo will be desperate to get back on track but face a tough game away to a Djurgarden side who are just a place below them in the table.
The bookies are sitting on the fence, with Malmo 31/20 at Bet365, Djurgarden at 9/5 and the draw paying 23/10.
The best option could be the anytime scorer market, where Malmo’s Isaac Kiese Thelin is 13/8 (Bet365) to add to his tally of 10 goals from 12 games.
We have a relegation battle in today’s other Swedish clash as rock-bottom Varbergs BoIS host AIK.
A victory would take Varbergs above AIK and I’m surprised to see them as 17/5 outsiders with Unibet, given they’re at home and just two points separate the sides.
They also won away to Gothenburg last week while AIK, who are 6/7 favourites, have claimed just one victory in their last 11.
It should be a tense 90 minutes so under 2.5 goals appeals at 20/23 with Betfair while the half-time draw pays 6/5 at Bet365.
There’s also a game in Finland’s Veikkausliiga as Inter Turku host title-chasing KuPS Kuopio.
Inter are in poor form, with two defeats and a draw in their last three, so KuPS look decent value at 11/8 with Unibet.
We saw seven goals in Kuopio’s last away day as they won 4-3 at FC Lahti. That suggests there could be some thrills today and over 2.5 strikes is 6/5 with Paddy Power.
