Weibo won’t end the season inside the top four, but they still need to win a couple more games to be guaranteed top six. So unlike Invictus, WBG have something to fight for.
This might sound like a good reason to back Weibo Gaming. Still, the LPL is notorious for unpredictable results once the playoff teams are decided, and this is already an inconsistent team.
It would be typical of Weibo Gaming to lose this match, so a small bet on Invictus Gaming to win at $6.50 isn’t a bad choice. However, knowing how much more this match matters to WBG, a handicap bet on the outsiders is the smarter play.
