Day One got off to the Festival off to a flier and Honeysuckle, guided by the brilliant Rachael Blackmore, stole all the headlines.

Day One Results
What a first day of the Festival for @Uktenpin who scored a mammoth 24 points thanks to their three winners and three seconds from their six picks on Tuesday – we hope you had a few quid on your selections! No-one got close to @Uktenpin but there are four members who are on 18 points after day one and there’s plenty of time to catch up in the week-long race to the Champion Tipster.
Day Two Entries
So, here we go with Day Two and if you didn’t enter for Day One you can still get involved…
The competition is pretty straight-forward, we focus on the first 6 races each day at the Festival, you just need to predict who will win each of them. You’ll get 5 points if your horse wins, 3 points for second place and 1 point for third. The person with the most points each day will win a £25 free bet at The Pools. In the event of a draw, the person with the highest total SPs will win. If there’s still a tie we’ll pick a winner at random from the highest scorers.
How to enter the Cheltenham Tipster Competition
To enter the competition you need to list your six horse and quote the odds from The Pools‘ site in the comments section below. The competition starts with Tuesday’s card and what your entry should look like:
1.30 – My Horse (x/x The Pools)
2.10 – My Horse (x/x The Pools)

Collect the most points throughout the Festival and you’ll be crowned Champion Tipster.
