IT looks like the 4-1 defeat at Watford on Saturday is the final straw for the Manchester United board with rumours rife that Ole’s time at the wheel is up.
And it would appear that football legend Zinedine Zidane has overtaken Brendan Rodgers to be the next man in the United hotseat. The Frenchman is as short as 8/11 while the Leicester City gaffer has drifted to 5/2. Others in the running include Darren Fletcher (12/1), Erik Ten Hag (14/1) and PSG boss Mauricio Pochettino at 20s. It’s hard to see where United go from here with most Europe’s top managers already tied up and no outstanding candidate for the job. It’s a thankless market for punters to get involved in at the best of times but this one looks like it could run and run.
Whoever gets the gig will need to try to lift United back in to the top six after they slipped to 7th on Saturday. And they could fall further if Spurs can start to find some form under Antonio Conte against Leeds United. Spurs have failed to score in their last three Premier League matches and have only scored an embarassing nine goals in 11 matches.
That could all change against a Leeds side who have been misfiring this season. Wins for Watford and Villa pushed them down to 17th in the table. They may be on a three match unbeaten run in the league but eight of their 11 points have been won against fellow teams in the bottom six.
If Kane and Son are on song for Spurs then a home win couple with two or more goals for Tottenham pays even money at Bet365.
Man City haven’t been their usual reliable selves this season and have cost punters when losing at home to Palace and drawing with Southampton at the Etihad at very short prices. Their record against Everton under Pep Guardiola would suggest they can be trusted today. They’ve won this fixture eight times on the bounce to an aggregate of 23-5, scoring two or more on each occasion.
Only Chelsea have conceded more than Manchester City and with Dominic Calvert-Lewin missing out for the Toffess through injury a City win to nil at 5/6 makes significantly more appeal than the 1/6 on them to win.

Golf Tips
Rory McIlroy (-14) continues to lead the way at the DP World Tour Championship and would be a fitting winner for The Caddy this weekend after he’s tipped his favourite Irishman a few times this season. The 32 year leads the pack by a stroke with Bob McIntyre (-12) and Collin Morikawa (-11) still in the reckoning too. It should be a brilliant finish for backers of The Caddy’s three tips on Sunday. Best of luck!
