World champions France can book their spot at the 2022 World Cup with a victory at home to Kazakhstan on Saturday.
By the conclusion of this international break, there will be 10 European nations certain of a place at the winter World Cup in Qatar.

France to Complete Job in Paris
Didier Deschamps’ men won the 2018 World Cup in Russia, lifting the trophy for the second time, and, despite underperforming at Euro 2020, they are expected to be among the main protagonists next year.
France sit three points clear of Ukraine at the top of Group C but they have a game in hand and will cement their place at the summit on Saturday with a win.
Kazakhstan visit the Parc des Princes and aren’t expected to pose too many problems for Les Bleus in Paris.
Fresh from winning the Nations League, France are as short as 1/30 to come out on top against 29/1 Kazakhstan, while the draw is available at 15/1.
They earned a 2-0 victory in the reverse fixture in March and haven’t lost in their last 10 home World Cup qualifiers, winning seven and keeping five clean sheets during that sequence.
Atletico Madrid forward Antoine Griezmann has been France’s main goal threat during qualifying, notching five times, and he is priced at 3/1 to score first.
Grandstand Finish on the Cards in Group G
Group G has proven to be immensely tight throughout the qualification process and three nations can still potentially finish at the top.
The Netherlands currently lead the way but they are just two points ahead of Norway, with Turkey two points further back.
With each nation still to play twice, there are several different permutations that could play out ahead of the finale on Tuesday.

If the Netherlands and Norway both pick up victories, then the battle for top spot will come down to Tuesday’s finale when they go head-to-head at De Kuip in Rotterdam.
Pressure off for Wales
Spain’s 1-0 win over Greece on Thursday officially guaranteed Wales’s spot in the play-offs, even if they fail to finish second in Group E after the Dragons won their Nations League group.
They still need to finish second to have any chance of being seeded for the play-offs in March and will be seeking a win over Belarus on Saturday.
Wales are 1/5 to beat 12/1 Belarus, who sit bottom of the group, with the draw priced at 23/4.
Rob Page’s side are third but they only trail second-placed Czech Republic on goal difference and have a game in hand.
