The Newcastle crowd will be treated to local hero Lewis Ritson and Chris Eubank Jr on the undercard before Fury’s heavyweight clash rounds off the night.
Fury to See Off Journeyman
Hughie Fury may not have scaled the heavyweight heights of his brother Tyson, but he has developed a solid career and recovered well from his loss to Alexander Povetkin in 2019.
Since that disappointing defeat, Fury has racked up comfortable wins over Pavel Sour and Mariusz Wach.
Fury faces Christian Hammer here, a former European Heavyweight champion who was once beaten by brother Tyson and defeated David Price back in 2017.

However, Hammer has lost two of his last three fights, against Luis Ortiz and Tony Yoka in the last two years. A victory over Saul Farah was sandwiched between those two defeats but the Romanian is certainly entering the journeyman stage of his career.
Fury should be able to impose himself on Hammer here and he is 1/33 to get the win. Although the fact that only 14 of his 25 wins have come via knockout means that he may have to take it to the judges scorecard to get the win.
Ritson Set for Serious Test
Lewis Ritson was considered one of the up-and-coming prospects in British boxing before his shock defeat to Francesco Patera in 2018.
Ritson did recover well from that, winning four on the bounce including decision victories over Robbie Davies Jr and Miguel Vazquez.
However, after that good spell, Ritson tasted defeat once more last time out against Jeremias Ponce as he was knocked out in the tenth round in June.
Looking to get his career back on track, Ritson comes up against American Hank Lundy. The 37-year-old is on the downward trajectory of his career, having lost three of his last five fights.
However, he is only five years removed from a world title fight against Terence Crawford and Ritson cannot underestimate his opponent after what happened last time.
The 3/1 about Lundy could prove interesting unless Ritson exploits his fitness edge over the older man.
Eubank Jr to Fulfill Favourite Tag
Due to fight two weeks ago, Chris Eubank Jr was disappointed when his opponent was barred from their contest on medical grounds.
The 32-year-old gets a chance for quick compensation here however against Wanik Awdijan.
His opponent has only fought outside of Germany twice but does boast an impressive record, having been beaten just once in his 29 fight career.
Awdijan looks up against it here however as he takes on Eubank, the middleweight who has been impressive since moving to new trainer SugarRay Leonard.
Eubank chalked up a decision victory over Marcus Morrison in May after looking to shake off any ring rust from nearly two years out of the ring.
With that experience under his belt, the 1/100 shot Eubank will be aiming to end this one quickly against a difficult to fancy opponent.
