Wales can boost their chances of qualifying for the 2022 World Cup by beating Estonia at the A. Le Coq Arena in Tallinn on Monday.
Despite drawing their last two World Cup qualifiers, Wales sit third in Group E and they only trail second-placed Czech Republic on goal difference.
Big Opportunity For Wales
Rob Page’s side have a game in hand on the Czechs and victory on Monday could propel themselves up to second and on course for a play-off spot.
Wales, who are priced at 1/2 to win, were held to a goalless draw when hosting 27/4 shots Estonia in September and another stalemate is available at 14/5.
Page is under no illusions as to the importance of the match and has vowed that Wales will “go for it from the first minute”.
Catching group leaders Belgium, who are eight points better off, looks unlikely with just three games left to play, so a route into the play-offs is Wales’ best hope of reaching the winter showpiece in Qatar.
Belarus, who sit bottom of the group with just three points, could do the Dragons a favour when they host the Czechs on Monday, however, they are currently on a six-game losing streak across all competitions.
Germany Seeking Revenge
Group J is wide open with three games to go as North Macedonia, Armenia and Romania battle it out for second spot behind leaders Germany.
North Macedonia currently sit second, but they are only ahead of third-placed Armenia on goal difference, while Romania are two points further back.
Germany have a six-cushion at the top after winning six of their seven outings, having lost at home to North Macedonia, and revenge will be on their mind when they head to Skopje on Monday.
The Lions are priced at 12/1 to earn a second successive victory over 1/5 Germany and the draw is available at 13/2.
Romania and Armenia also square off on Monday in Bucharest and, should Germany win, the race for second spot could become even more interesting.
Norway Hoping to Hold Off Challengers
Norway haven’t qualified for a World Cup since 1998, but they have a very good chance of correcting that record this time around.
They currently sit second in Group G, two points adrift of leaders the Netherlands, but they have some serious competition coming from below.
Turkey are just two points further back in third and Montenegro, who they face on Monday, are three points shy in fourth.
Norway are 5/11 to beat Montenegro, who are available at 13/2, and the draw can be backed at 16/5.
Stale Solbakken’s men were 1-0 winners in the reverse fixture another victory would set themselves up nicely for games against Latvia and the Netherlands in November.
The Netherlands are 1/100 to beat rock-bottom Gibraltar on Monday, while Turkey can be backed at 10/23 to win in Latvia.
