HEARTS 1-0 win at home to Inverness made it three winning Super Singles (1/1, 8/5 & 7/4) in a row for a profitable weekend and secured the Jambos’ place in top spot of their group, which was later rewarded with a tie against Celtic in the next round of the Premier Sports Cup.
St Mirren also booked their place in the knock-out stages with a 2-0 over Partick Thistle. Their reward, an away tie at Livingston.
It’s going to be tough to make it four wins from four on Monday with so little football to choose so we’ll keep our Super Single powder dry until Tuesday’s matches.
