Read our expert’s Both Teams to Score Tips & Predictions for today.
Our BTTS and acca betting tips are largely based on statistical analysis of recent performances.
Carlisle v Oldham
Odlham’s 1-0 loss at home to Barrow was only the second time they’ve failed to score this year and despite the fact they’re 16th in the table they’re the third highest scorers in League One and no-one’s scored more goals on the road (25).
Despite only winning two of their last seven, Carlisle have scored 10 and average over two goals per game at Brunton Park.
Rochdale v Burton Albion
Rochdale matches have been on most Goals Accas for quite some time now but they followed up a glut of goals with three games that gave seen just one goal. Typical. Law of averages says we’ll see goals again soon.
Saturday could be a good time to get them back on board when Burton are the visitors. The Brewers have been in more BTTS matches (71%) than any other side in League One. Six places separate the two sides but a win for Burton could take them up to 19th in the table, level with Rochdale so there’s plenty at stake.
Yeovil v Dagenham & Redbridge
In the National League Dagenham & Redbridge matches have been serving up goals lately with 24 goals in the last seven (avg. 3.42) and both teams to score has landed in five of those.
Similarly Yeovil’s last 10 have seen 32 goals. They’ve found the net in eight of 11 at Huish Park and the visitors have scored in 9 of 12 on the road.
Leeds United v Aston Villa
Two of the most entertaining teams in the Premier League meet at Elland Road in the early evening kick-off and we should see goals. Leeds games average 3.44 per match and last week’s 3-0 win over Southampton means they both scored and conceded 43 goals this season.
Amazingly, 10 of Villa’s 11 wins have seen them keep a clean sheet and they’ve the joint third best defensive record in the league but it’s hard to see them keeping out a Leeds side who have scored in six of their last seven and Patrick Bamford who is now on 13 for the season in the Premier League.
Oostende v Mechelen
Two in-form teams meet in Belgium and we’re looking to the home side’s stats here to justify the Both Teams to Score selection. 71% of Oostende’s games have seen each team find the net including ALL of their last 12 league matches.
Visitors Mechelen have the second best record on the road and have scored in 12 of 13 away from home.
