We all know how the Brooklyn Nets have taken the NBA by storm when they formed their own version of the Big 3. But even without Kevin Durant, they have shown that they are the real deal.
The Steve Nash-mentored squad is 12-2 against the top clubs this season, and now they stake their win streak when they return home tomorrow.
Elsewhere, the Cavaliers, Magic, Knicks, Raptors, Mavericks, Bucks, Nuggets, and Clippers defend their homecourt against their respective visitors to round up our nine-game slate.
Atlanta Hawks @ Cleveland Cavaliers
Two laboring teams in the Eastern Conference will go head-to-head at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse tomorrow.
The Hawks and the Cavaliers have had horrible NBA 2021 results lately as the former is 3-7 in their last 10, while the latter hasn’t won in quite a while.
However, the Hawks will come in here with some momentum as they were able to beat the Nuggets in the last time out.
Trae Young and Clint Capela led the way with double-double performances and they are expected to do the same against a Cavs team who struggles on the defencive end.
Betting Tip: Atlanta Hawks Asian Handicap -7.00 @ 1.99
Detroit Pistons @ Orlando Magic
The Pistons look to avoid being labeled as the worst team in the league as they search for a road victory against the Magic.
Detroit have lost three straight games while the Magic are enjoying a three-game winning streak.
Despite being undermanned, Orlando have been getting the job done as they continue to ride the coattails of Nikola Vucevic.
The sweet-shooting big is making his case for the All-Star game as he is notching averages of 27.2 points and 13.7 rebounds per game this February.
Meanwhile, leading the Pistons will be Jerami Grant, who has seen his scoring average doubled this term.
Betting Tip: Orlando Magic Asian Handicap -3.00 @ 1.95
Sacramento Kings @ Brooklyn Nets
The Nets plan to extend their win streak to seven games when they host the Kings at the Barclays Center.
Brooklyn have been thriving even without Kevin Durant, as the 2014 MVP is recuperating from a lingering hamstring knock.
Kyrie Irving and James Harden are dominating with their supreme ballhandling and scoring, and they will be tasked to lead the way again.
The Kings, meanwhile, are losers of seven straight because of their lacklustre defence.
De’Aaron Fox has been the lone bright spot for Sacramento but he isn’t getting enough production from his other teammates.
Golden State Warriors @ New York Knicks
After sitting out in their previous game against the Hornets, Steph Curry will return to action against the Knicks.
The Warriors were narrowly defeated by the Hornets after a late-game controversy, and getting back to winning ways will be their main objective tomorrow.
But facing the Knicks won’t be easy as the hosts have won four of their last five games.
Julius Randle is playing out of his mind lately and the Warriors’ defence will have their work cut out for them.
Philadelphia Sixers @ Toronto Raptors
Toronto look to continue their resurgence when they host the Sixers at the Amalie Arena tomorrow.
The 2019 NBA champions got the best of the Eastern Conference leaders in their previous game as Pascal Siakam and Fred VanVleet scored 23 apiece for the 110-103 victory.
The Big 3 of Joel Embiid, Ben Simmons, and Tobias Harris are expected to do more for the Sixers, as they only shot 39-per cent as a team last game.
Boston Celtics @ Dallas Mavericks
The Celtics aim to have a game over .500 when they visit the Mavericks tomorrow.
Boston have been struggling to find their form as they have alternated wins and losses in their last four, while Dallas has won five of their last seven matches.
The Celtics are hurting because of the absence of Marcus Smart, while Kemba Walker and Tristan Thompson continue to be inconsistent.
For the Mavericks, Luka Doncic may have to singlehandedly carry Dallas once more since his star partner in Kristaps Porzingis is dealing with back spasms.
Minnesota Timberwolves @ Milwaukee Bucks
Newly-hired coach Chris Finch will take on the Timberwolves’ coaching helm for the first time tomorrow.
He will replace Ryan Saunders after Minnesota dropped to 7-24 with their latest loss against the Knicks.
The NBA 2021 odds here at SBOTOP point to another loss for them unfortunately, as the Bucks have regained some rhythm with victories over the Thunder and the Kings.
Betting Tip: Milwaukee Bucks Asian Handicap -11.00 @ 1.93
Portland Trail Blazers @ Denver Nuggets
This upcoming game will feature two high-profile Northwest Division rivals.
Portland were humiliated by Phoenix in the last time out while Denver lost to Atlanta, and both are aiming for a major bounce back.
Damian Lillard and Nikola Jokic are going to participate in the All-Star Game few weeks from now, and these two marquee players are expected to produce video game numbers.
Washington Wizards @ Los Angeles Clippers
The Wizards continue their road trip when they face the Clippers tomorrow.
Washington have now won five straight games after an OT win against the Lakers, and they will try to get their sixth straight against the second-seeded team in the Western Conference.
The Clippers are coming off of a close loss against the Nets yesterday, and it will be interesting to see on how they will take on the dynamic duo of Bradley Beal and Russell Westbrook.
