View our expert’s Super Footy Accumulator Tips & Predictions for Saturday.
Our Acca Tips are mostly on the win-daw-win markets and largely based on statistical analysis of recent performances.
SC Freiburg (2.30pm)
There’s little to choose between Freiburg and Union Berlin in the Budesliga with just one point separating the two sides in Freiburg’s favour.
Union Berlin are struggling for a bit of form and are winless in five. They’ve recently lost Augsburg (13th), Mainz (17th) and drew 0-0 last time out with bottom club Schalke (18th).
Freiburg have lost just twice at home this season and taken 17 points from the last 21 at the Schwarzwald-Stadion. Odds of 6/4 look in our favour.
Sheffield Wednesday (3.00pm)
Struggling Birmingham travel to Hillsborough with just one win in 13 under their belt so Sheffield Wednesday look reasonable value here at 13/8.
The Owls still have some work to do get themselves really clear of the relegation zone but they’ve won six of their last 10 in the Championship including their last five at home.
Notts County (3.00pm)
Promotion chasing Notts County welcome Chesterfield to Meadow Lane in search of their fifth consecutive win in the National League. Boss Neil Ardely was left dissatisfied with the team’s performance in their 1-0 win at King’s Lynn in midweek and it’s good to see him demanding more from his squad.
For the Spirites it’ll be their first match since January 30th following an enforced break and although they been in good form themsleves, they could be caught cold by the Magpies, who have won seven of 11 at home and are available at even money.
St Mirren (3.00pm)
There are several reasons to get onside with the Buddies who host Livingston on Saturday.
Firstly, Livingston’s tremedous run under David Martindale is well and truly over. The wheels may not have come off but defeats against St Johnstone and Dundee Utd have well and truly punctured their tyres.
Secondly, St Mirren have won both meetings in the league this season already – both by a goal to nil.
Thirdly, Jim Goodwin’s side have lost two of their last seven, (no disgrace in losing to Celtic and theird placed Hibs)
Finally, Livingston are on the eve of one of the club’s biggest matches in their history; the Betfred Cup final against St Johnstone next week and could have an eye on that one, which is significantly more important than taking 3 points in Paisley.
Fulham (8.00pm)
As six-pointers go this one’s pretty big. Defeat for Sheffield United would see them fall 11 points behind Fulham and seemingly doomed. Defeat for the Cottagers could see their berth in Premier League next season look more even perilous so there’s penty at stake at Craven Cottage.
Fulham have lost just one in six but their draw at Burnley in midweek was the tenth time they’ve shared points this season. They need to start turning those draws in to wins if they’re to survive and can do so against Chris Wilder’s side.

One of the Blades’ big problems this season has been scoring goals, they’ve looked blunt more often than not, scoring just 15 in their 24 games to date and that could be difference on Saturday. Fulham have been slightly better in fron of goal and have conceded eight fewer than their opponents.
Others that were on the shortlist for the longshot acca this week included Southampton, Burnley, Cardiff and Motherwell.
