Atleti Set for Derby Delight
Atletico Madrid have taken full advantage of Barcelona and Real Madrid’s struggles this season and they return from the Christmas break sitting top of the tree.
Their only defeat this season came at the hands of Real on December 12 but they aren’t likely to slip up in another Madrid derby on Wednesday.
Atleti and Real are level on 32 points but the leaders have two games in hand and appear to have all the tools to sustain a title challenge.

They have the opportunity to earn a third successive victory when Getafe head to the Wanda Metropolitano and history suggests all three points will be staying on home soil.
Los Colchoneros have won each of the last 10 meetings when hosting without conceding a single goal during that sequence.
Therefore, backing an Atletico Madrid win to zero at 20/23 looks the way to go here.
Diego Simeone’s men have been extremely difficult to break down once again this season, conceding just five times in 13 outings, while only two of those – both coming in the loss to Real – have come at home.
Huesca to Go Down With a Fight
Huesca look set for a season-long battle against relegation and Wednesday’s trip to Celta Vigo isn’t likely to offer much joy.

They are just five points shy of sixth-placed Barcelona after stringing together a five-game unbeaten run and they have won each of their last three at home.
Expect Huesca to put up another fight when these two sides square off at the Estadio de Balaidos and a Celta Vigo win with both teams to score looks the value bet at 49/20.
Real Are King’s on the Road
Real Madrid boast the best away record of any side in La Liga this season, earning 17 points from their eight engagements, while they are also the joint top scorers on their travels, notching 14 times.
Another success on the road looks the most likely outcome when they travel to newly promoted Elche for an 20:30 kick off on Wednesday.
After a mixed start to the term, Real appear to have found their feet in recent weeks and they make the journey off the back of a six-match winning streak across all competitions.
The standout bet for this clash looks to be a Real Madrid win and over 2.5 goals at 4/5, which has landed in three of the four previous meetings between these two sides.
