Dunfermline v Morton
MORTON are still reeling from the departure of boss David Hopkin so a trip to Dunfermline is pretty much the last thing they need right now.
The Pars came from behind in the derby with Raith last weekend to keep their unbeaten run going and should be too strong for Ton.
It’s no great surprise to see Stevie Crawford’s men as short as 8/13 with McBookie but backing them to be winning at half-time and full-time increases the odds to 6/4.
Dunfermline could only claim a point against Raith as they fought back from 2-0 down to justify my faith in both teams scoring.
Hearts v Queen of the South
That allowed Hearts to regain top spot with a 2-0 win over Morton and the Jambos should grab a few goals against a poor Queen of the South side at Tynecastle today.
Queens were crushed 3-0 at home by Inverness last weekend so try doubling a Hearts win with over 2.5 goals at 3/4 with McBookie.
A win to nil for Robbie Neilson’s men also appeals at 20/21 as that has come up in their last two league games.
Clyde v Falkirk
Falkirk remain unbeaten in League One and the leaders are just 4/7 with McBookie for a win at Clyde.
The Bully Wee have netted five times in their last two games so it could pay to go for goals here.
Both teams to score is 17/20 with McBookie while over 2.5 goals pays 4/6 with the same firm and over 3.5 strikes is 9/5.
Forfar v Partick Thistle
Partick have found goals harder to come by but have tightened up at the back, keeping clean sheets in their last four matches.
That makes the evens on offer at McBookie for under 2.5 goals in their clash at Forfar appealing.
League Two
League Two was a happy hunting ground for me last weekend as Queen’s Park won to nil and my double on whipping boys Brechin and Albion Rovers suffering again came up.
Another double on the bottom two losing to Annan and Elgin respectively pays 133/100 at McBookie.
