TONIGHT could have been the night that Liverpool tied up the Premier League title but their 0-0 draw with Everton on Sunday meant that they’d have to wait a little longer for that first championship win in 30 years.
Crystal Palace stand in their way on Wednesday night and they’ve proven to be one of the Reds’ stickiest opponents in recent years as this tweet highlights;
Since May 2015, Liverpool have lost just 6 of 92 Premier League matches at Anfield.

Jurgen Klopp’s men are 1/4 shots to secure the three points that would take them to the brink an historic title win, while you can get 11/4 (Bet365) on Palace to put a spanner in the works by taking something from their trip to Anfield.
Four other Premier League matches kick-off at 6pm. Only two points separate Manchester United (5th) and Sheffield United (8th) in the race for a Europa League spot, and an outside chance of Champions League football next season.
At the other end of the table Norwich (29/10) need to start picking up some points and will view he visit of Everton (10/11) to Carrow Road as an opportunity to begin their climb up the table.
Hoping to stay ahead of the Canaries are Aston Villa who also need to turn in some big performances in their bid to escape the drop. They visit Newcastle who were impressive enough at the weekend in a 3-0 win over 10-man Sheffield United.

SlipsTips secured double when both his tips won in his Spurs v West Ham Preview on Tuesday, with Harry Kane tipped to net at Evens, and a 4/5 BetBuilder landing thanks to a combo of goals, corners and cards.
Greg also tipped a winning Corners & Goals BetBuilder at 4/5 in the London derby but it was the Austrian 2. Liga that provided the drama. His tip of over 16+ goals in the five matches looked a forlorn hope at half-time when only three goals had been scored. Even with five minutes to play he was four goals short but a late rush saw six goals hit the back of the net before the final whistles sounded, for a total of 18 goals – including three in added time. Late goals are great goals!
Thommo kept his winning run going as Zaheel won the last race of the day at Beverley, tipped at 11/4. Hamilton Park is the destination for Wednesday’s racing tips and Alan has another three selections lined up from his local course.
