Answer Unibet’s four questions
All that stands between you and big payday is four questions. Admittedly they’re pretty tough questions, but we’ve done our best to predict the right answers here!
Atletico Madrid vs Liverpool – What will be the correct score?
FST predicts: 2-1 Liverpool
Defending champions Liverpool come into this tie having won 13 of their last 14 competitive matches,, and their opponents have only managed a win in one of their last seven outings. Not only that, but five of Liverpool’s last seven trips away in the Champions League have ended in a Reds win, with them averaging 2.14 goals per game in this period.
Atletico Madrid have scored in all their Champions League home games this season though, and with Liverpool conceding eight goals in their last seven away games in the competition a 2-1 correct score is touted in our Atletico Madrid vs Liverpool predictions.
Borussia Dortmund vs PSG – What will be the correct score?
FST predicts: 2-2 Draw
In one of the standout clashes in the Round of 16, Ligue 1 giants PSG will face off against Bundesliga title challengers Borussia Dortmund on the first leg on Tuesday. It’s expected to be a closely matched affair, but with the attacking quality on display we could be in for an entertaining evening.
PSG have scored twice or more in 21 of their last 22 matches in all competitions, and four of their last five away games in Europe have seen them score at least two goals. Meanwhile, Dortmund have found the net twice or more in all six Champions League home games against French clubs, and with both teams showing vulnerabilities in defence at the top level our Borussia Dortmund vs PSG predictions suggest a 2-2 draw.
Atalanta vs Valencia – What will be the correct score?
FST predicts: 2-1 Atalanta
Despite losing their first three group games, Atalanta have somehow managed to progress to the knockout stages in their first ever Champions League campaign. La Dea are good value for their position too, and come into this game having scored 63 Serie A goals this season and having won five of their last seven competitive home games.
On Wednesday they come up against a Valencia side that have conceded an average of 2.1 goals per away game in La Liga this season. The visitors have lost each of their last two trips away as well, although they did score in all but one of their group stage matches. Considering Atalanta conceded in four of their six Champions League group games, a 2-1 win for the hosts looks a solid pick from our Atalanta vs Valencia predictions.
Tottenham Hotspur vs RB Leipzig – What will be the correct score?
FST predicts: 2-1 Tottenham
Wednesday’s standout last 16 tie sees Tottenham face off against a RB Leipzig side on the rise. The Germans are on course to challenge for the Bundesliga title, and with Timo Werner spearheading the attack they’re likely to find the net against a Spurs side that have conceded more goals (14) than any of the remaining teams in the Champions League.
However, Spurs have won eight of their last 10 outings at home, and with a first leg advantage being so crucial we expect them to edge a win on Wednesday. RB Leipzig’s last eight competitive away games have seen them concede 1.75 goals per game too, so our Tottenham vs RB Leipzig predictions look towards a 2-1 win for the hosts.
