EVERTON and Morton did us proud on Saturday and having talked up Morton early last week on them being too big at 21-10 it was great to see them bring in both goals bets with a 3-2 win.
It was a no bet day on Sunday but Monday sees the return of the Belgium Reserve League and goal kings Lommel are in action.
Lommel Res vs KV Oostende (7pm)
If there is a team in world football that has seen more goals in their matches then Lommel this season I want you to send me proof. Their matches have seen scores you’d expect to see in the darts at the Ally Pally.
To give you a flavour, their last 6 games have ended: 2-7, 5-4, 2-1, 6-2, 3-3 and 2-4.
There’s been 81 goals scored in their 14 games (avg 5.8 goals a game) and incredibly 9 of those games saw no fewer than 6+ goals. Sadly for them, despite managing 30 goals, keeping them out seems to be the problem with 50 goals conceded.
They’ve managed to score 2+ goals in all 9 home games but shipped 28 goals in those 9 games and they welcome a KV side who are in terrific goalscoring form having won 6 of their last 8, scoring 21 goals in the process and 6 of the 8 games seeing at least 5 goals.
KV won the corresponding fixture 5-1 back in August and with Lommel shipping 31 goals in their last 7 games, you have to fancy them to grab a few here.
Lommel know where the goal is at home though and that bodes well for another high-scoring game/
Bookies keeping cards close to their chest with only bet365 offering markets and even at that its only on total goals (on the Betbuilder). Keep an eye out elsewhere. Bet365 should offer first-half goals on the Asian lines in the morning.
Recommended Bets:
- First half goals (pending)
- Over 4.5 goals
- (11/10) bet365
