FOR the 7th time this season, a match involving Hibs delivered a winning goals NAP and it’s no surprise they are also my NAP this Saturday as I look to make it 8 out of 8 from backing goals at Hibs this season.
Selectabet and I have already recorded this weekends Gambla Betting Podcast which includes a preview and recommended bets on Hibs’s home match against Aberdeen. Give it a Listen
Kilmarnock spoiled what was otherwise a good night and was great to see total goals land again in the EPL with 19+ coming in at 10/11
Its a much quieter card today and I was going to be a not bet / rest day until I saw Arsenal were playing at home – Arsenal at home means two things, goals and corners
Arsenal vs Brighton (KO 8.15pm)
Its been a grim time for the Gunners, winless in 8, managerless and looking likely to miss out on European football next season unless they get their act together.
Brighton on the road have been poor but to be fair to them, they have played City, Liverpool, Chelsea and Man U already this season.
I highlighted last week Arsenal’s incredible record at home for total match corners this season – it reads:
13,14,17,17,14,19,16,15,13,17,17
11 games – 172 corners (15.5 corners per game) – 97 F 75 A
It’s really incredible, Arsenal are averaging 8.8 home per game so far this season but also conceding 6.8 corners which shows you how much this Arsenal team are struggling at the moment.
Brighton haven’t delivered too many corners on their travels this season but as I said they’ve had some really tough matches.
Always prefer when both sides contribute to the corner count so have taken Arsenal corners and over 1.5 match goals in a no thrills double which won’t be far away.
Recommended Bets:
- Arsenal over 6.5 corners
- Over 1.5 match goals
- 17/20 (Bet365 Bet Builder) (NAP)
Keep an eye out inplay – if the match is in the balance and Arsenal are chasing a lead late on we’ll likely rack up 3 or 4 corners in the last 10-15 mins
