CTBC Flying Oyster and Gen.G will be the second match of the day. Gen.G will be looking to go through the final day of the group stage undefeated, so that they have a chance of taking the first seed in this group. However, it has been reported that the LCK champions will play the rest of the group stage remotely from an isolated area, which isn’t ideal for a team who hasn’t looked at their best so far in the tournament. Royal Never Give Up will take on 100 Thieves in the group leader’s first game of the day. RNG have been the surprise of LoL Worlds 2022 so far after coming through the play-in stage to make the group stage. The LPL giants have been very impressive recording three wins from their first three games. The last game of the group stage could be for top spot in Group D, with both Royal Never Give Up and Gen.G potentially completing their day undefeated, leaving this game as the decider.
