Team BDS won the European League 2021 Finals in December, but they were pretty disappointing at Six Invitational 2022 in February, where they placed 17th-20th. Still, BDS got off to a solid start to European League Stage 1 with two victories against Natus Vincere (8-6) and LookingForOrg (4-7) and a narrow defeat against Rogue (6-8).
MNM Gaming have yet to win a match, but they deserve some slack since they had to face Heroic (4-7), G2 Esports (4-7), and Team Secret (4-7). However, even though MNM had a rough schedule, that doesn’t change that they’ve won only two of the last ten outings and have lost all of their last five.
MNM Gaming are in a bit of a slump, but this team has a very high ceiling, mainly due to Josh “Yuzus” Pritchard, who is an insanely good entry player. Talent-wise, MNM are easily one of the top four teams in the league, and even though they have yet to impress, it’s tough to bet against them.

Outsiders (Virtus.pro) are 2-0-0-1, with a 5-7 defeat against LookingForOrg (former Team Vitality) and consecutive wins against Natus Vincere (7-3) and G2 Esports (7-5). Their next opponents, Team Secret, have managed only one victory over the same stretch against MNM Gaming (7-5) but were far less successful agianst PWNZ (6-8) and LookingForOrg (3-7) at the end of March.

Outsiders and Team Secret last met in October 2021, when Outsiders won (7-3) with the same score as in their previous two meetings in June and April. Of course, a lot has changed since then, but we would argue that the balance of power has remained mostly the same.
Moreover, Outsiders have been playing much cleaner over the first three rounds of EUL Stage 1. Even though we don’t expect them to win the whole thing, the Russians are always a threat and consistently deliver against bottom teams such as Team Secret.

G2 Esports and Heroic are two of the strongest European Rainbow Six teams, and they have yet to show anything that would make us question that. They share a 2-0-0-1 record, albeit Heroic sit above G2 in the standings, thanks to the better round difference (+1).
Heroic have already won against MNM Gaming (7-4) and PWNZ (7-1) but lost against Natus Vincere (2-7), whereas G2 Esports won against Rogue (7-5) and MNM Gaming (7-4), but lost against Outsiders (5-7). Based on those results, it’s hard to separate Heroic and G2, but if we had to pick a side, we would side with Ben “CTZN” McMillan and his crew.
Heroic are still one of the top teams in the league, but they have yet to defeat G2. It’s important to mention that G2 made roster changes in March, so their synergy isn’t the best; however, the sheer individual talent on this team makes it very difficult to bet against them.
