After slipping into the relegation zone last weekend, Venezia will look to claim a much-needed three points, as they host entertaining Sassuolo at the Stadio Pier Luigi Penzo.
Venezia don’t come into this in great form, with Paolo Zanetti’s side winning just one of their last 13 in Serie A (W1-D4-L8), whilst the Neroverdi have recorded impressive victories over Fiorentina and Inter in their last two matches.
Both of these sides have struggled defensively all season, with the pair recording just six clean sheets between them, conceding 92 goals.
Both sides have found the back of the net in 41/53 of their combined matches this season and given their defensive vulnerabilities, we should see goals in this one, therefore over 2.5 goals is the selection in Venice on Sunday afternoon.
Real Betis vs Atlético Madrid – Both Teams to Score
3rd meets 5th in La Liga on Sunday evening, as Atlético Matdrid travel to Seville to take on Real Betis at the Beńito Villamarín.
Betis will look to bounce back from their derby defeat to Sevilla last time out, whilst Los Colchoneros come into this having recorded back-to-back wins over Osasuna and Celta Vigo.
These two are amongst the highest-scoring sides in La Liga this season,with the pair finding the back of the net 95 times between them this season.
Surprisingly, Diego Simeone’s side have recorded just eight clean sheets in La Liga this season, with just one of those coming on the road and given Los Verdiblancos have conceded in 20/26 of their matches, both teams to score looks a solid pick.
Vitória Guimarães vs Famalicão – Both Teams to Score
Two sides in contrasting form meet at the Estádio D. Alfonso Henrique, as 7th-placed Vitória Guimarães host 11th-placed Famalicão.
Guimarães come into this one having lost four of their last five in the Primeira Liga, whilst the Vila Nova have won each of their last three, scoring eight goals in the process.
Remarkably, Pepa’s hosts have failed to keep a clean sheet in any of their last 19 matches in the league, whilst Rui Silva’s visitors have conceded in 10/12 away from home.
Os Vimaranenses have scored in each of their last eight at home and with the visitors scoring in 9/12 away, there’s a good chance we’ll see goals at both ends in this one.
