Celtic head Ange Postecoglou wants his side to show their true colours when they face FC Midtjylland in the second round of qualifying for the Champions League.
The Hoops were held to a 1-1 draw at Celtic Park last week in the first leg of the tie and Postecoglou has already admitted he has not “done a great job so far”.
Celtic have failed to win any of their previous four matches under the Greek-Australian coach, with eyebrows certainly raised when they lost 6-2 to West Ham United in a friendly on Saturday.
Midtjylland, meanwhile, are no strangers to this level of competition and they will be hoping to throw another spanner in the works on Wednesday evening.
Goals on the Cards in Denmark
Midtjylland’s season in Denmark is already two games in and they have picked up one win so far.
They will fancy their chances of avoiding defeat this week, with Bo Henriksen’s side losing just one of their previous nine matches.
OB are the only side to get the better of Midtjylland on home turf, but goals are also on the cards this week.
Midtjylland have scored 23 goals in their previous nine matches at home and, with Celtic conceding six to the Hammers, over 2.5 goals appeals at 25/27.
Zagreb to Have their Hand Raised
Croatian champions Dinamo Zagreb have one foot in the third round of Champions League qualifying thanks to their 2-0 success over Omonia Nicosia last week.
Damir Krznar’s troops are only 90 minutes away from the next round, but they will need to be wary of a backlash from the Cypriot champions on Tuesday evening.
Omonia’s record at home should give them hope, with Henning Berg’s side winning five on the bounce at the Dasaki Stadium.
Berg’s men will look to go down fighting, but Zagreb should still have too much class for their rivals.
Zagreb have only lost one game since April, and while they have won four in a row on the road without conceding, none of their opponents have the same class as Omonia.
Both teams should find the back of the net, but punters should also consider Zagreb to win at odds of 12/5.
Two European Giants to Collide
Turkish outfit Galatasaray welcome PSV Eindhoven to town on Wednesday, but they have their work cut out if they are to progress to the third round.
PSV waltzed to a 5-1 success in their home first leg last week and Gala have to go for broke when they welcome the Dutch side to Istanbul.
At home, their fortunes are much better, with Fatih Terim’s team unbeaten in seven matches.
Terim’s side have also scored 12 in their previous four games, but PSV already know they can carve them open with ease.
Roger Schmidt looks to be building something special at the Dutch giants and over 3.5 goals has a great chance of landing at odds of 29/20.
