Sweden have been happy to go under the radar at Euro 2020 so far but they have a great opportunity to reach the quarter-finals as they prepare to face Ukraine on Tuesday night
The unbeaten Swedes head to Hampden Park in fine form and will fancy their chances against a Ukrainian side that have already been beaten twice in the tournament.
Swedes Steel Too Much For Ukraine
Going into Tuesday’s clash in Glasgow, Sweden are yet to lose a game in 2021, having won seven of their eight matches this year.

Their only draw in that run came against two-time European champions Spain in their opening game of Euro 2021 and, since then, the Swedes have beaten both Slovakia and Poland.
Janne Andersson’s side have clearly proven themselves to be hard to beat and Ukraine might well have a tough time breaking the Scandavian outfit down.
Sweden are 7/5 to win in 90 minutes at Hampden.
Ukraine Fortunate to Be Through
Ukraine were unlucky not to get anything from a narrow defeat to the Netherlands in their first Euro 2020 outing but Andriy Shevchenko’s side have failed to kick on since then.
A regulation win over tournament debutants North Macedonia was expected, but then Ukraine went on to disappoint with a lacklustre performance against Austria.
What will worry Ukrainian supporters was a lack of attacking threat against the Austrians, with the men in yellow failing to really trouble the keeper in a 1-0 defeat.
Having finished third in their group, manager Shevchenko has some selection issues to consider ahead of the encounter on Tuesday, and many will be pushing for Dynamo Kiev midfielder Viktor Tsygankov to be given a starting role.
Ukraine to Come Up Short
Sweden have an impressive defensive record and might well be able to keep Ukraine scoreless on the night.
The Swedes have kept six clean sheets in their last eight outings, as their organisation skills have made them a tough side to break down.
Poland did manage to score two goals against Sweden last time out, but Ukraine don’t have a player in the same league as Bayern Munich’s Polish ace Robert Lewandowski, who bagged a brace in that match.
It might well be a night of few chances for Ukraine and a Swedish win to zero is available at 47/20.
As for Sweden’s potential goalscorers, Emil Forsberg has enjoyed an impressive European Championships so far.
The RB Leipzig winger already has three goals to his name at the tournament and is 7/2 to score anytime at Hampden.
Real Sociedad star Alexander Isak has also been a real threat in attack for Andersson’s side this month and is 9/2 to score the opening goal of the game.
