Leipzig to Come out on Top
RB Leipzig will get the chance to turn up the heat on Bayern when they play on Friday evening against Hoffenheim.
Julian Nagelsmann’s troops are only five points behind Bayern in the table, and they should have enough quality to get past Hoffenheim.
Leipzig have picked up two wins in their previous three Bundesliga games, while Hoffenheim have not tasted success in any of their last four.
Neutrals should also expect plenty of goals on Friday, with 19 goals scored in Leipzig’s last seven home matches.
Hoffenheim have netted 24 times in their last 17 matches on the road, and Die Kraichgauer have only failed to score on three occasions away from home.
Sebastian Hoeness’ side are without a win in six away matches in all competitions and Leipzig should come out on top in an entertaining battle, with a home win and over 2.5 goals catching the eye at 5/6.
Leverkusen Can Sneak Past Cologne
Two teams at opposite ends of the Bundesliga table collide on Saturday as Leverkusen host Cologne at the BayArena.
While Leverkusen are chasing European football, Cologne are in the relegation zone, and they desperately need three points.
The formbook suggests they will need to wait a little longer for that, with Leverkusen unbeaten in two, while Cologne have not won any of their previous eight in the league.
However, Leverkusen have not kept a clean sheet in any of their last seven home games against Cologne, conceding 13 goals in total.
