TUESDAY turned into the goalfest that was expected with some cracking games and fine displays from the likes of Liverpool, Bayern Munich and Borussia Monchengladbach.
In all there were 35 goals and just one out of seven went under 2.5 goals.
There are another eight Champions League ties on Wednesday including Istanbul vs Man United and Chelsea vs Rennes so let’s hope for more of the same.
Red Bull Leipzig vs Paris St Germain could be the game of the night and there is the promise of many goals while Juventus will be looking for a big win away to Ferencvaros.
Barcelona are in action at home to Dynamo Kiev and Borussia Dortmund head to Bruges so again the goals show could be action-packed.

Away from the Champions League there are six games in the Championship including Watford vs Stoke and Reading vs Preston and in Serie A Genoa face Torino at home.
