IT was great to get the weekend off to a winning start with my French Bet Builder on Friday night and I’m hoping for more of the same on Saturday evening at the San Siro.
Inter Milan vs AC Milan (Saturday, 17:00)
AC Milan have taken maximum points from their opening three Serie A fixtures of the season but they will face a real acid test when they face fierce rivals Inter on Saturday evening.
The Rossoneri finished last season in style and they have carried that momentum into the new campaign – Stefano Pioli’s in-form side have avoided defeat in each of their last 15 Italian top-flight tussles.
Milan have made light work of Bologna, Crotone and Spezia thus far, however a San Siro showdown with old foes Inter undoubtedly represents a major upgrade on those challenges.
The Nerazzurri have made giant strides under the stewardship of Antonio Conte and they have launched their title bid with two wins and a draw across their opening three fixtures of the season.
An Inter win this weekend will attract plenty of attention at 13/10 with Betfair, while an AC Milan triumph could tempt plenty of punters at quotes of 2/1.
Having said that, I’m going to steer clear of the more traditional betting markets, however, there is an alternative angle that has caught my eye when making use of the Bet 365 Bet Builder feature.

What’s more, adding a card apiece and over five match corners will help bump the price up in what should be an action-placed affair, not to mention the above-mentioned Bet Builder banked during the last derby.
