CELTIC and Rangers both dished out a couple of comprehensive victories last week and should both cruise through their Sunday fixtures to set up an Old Firm thriller after the international break.
The Hoops are up first in Perth and the 10-11 on offer from McBookie.com about them to win and both teams not to score looks solid.
St Johnstone are crammed full of players with Premiership experience, yet are really struggling to get goals for new manager Callum Davidson.
They have had plenty of the ball, but one goal in their last six games – and that was against an equally struggling St Mirren – tells its own story.
You don’t want to go into playing the champions low on confidence but St Johnstone must be. It’s a free hit for the Saints but if they can’t score against Ross County and Livingston in their last two games, it’s a big ask to net against the champions.
Rangers are also in ominous form particularly at Ibrox and Ross County are unlikely to relish their trip to Glasgow on Sunday.
Steven Gerrard’s men are happy enough to spread the goals around the team at the moment and they have plenty of attacking threat across the team.
County were desperate against Aberdeen last week and lost five goals to Celtic in Dingwall a couple of weeks ago.
Manager Stuart Kettlewell doesn’t want his side to sit back but that could play into Rangers hands who will know this is the type of game that could boost their goal difference and that could yet be vital in the Premiership this season.
They should have plenty of chances and for them to score four or more looks an attractive price at almost 2-1.
Livingston are 21-10 to score two or more goals at Tannadice on Friday night against Dundee United and that’s far from impossible.
Gary Holt’s side impressed during their win against St Johnstone last week and while they still have to properly replace Lyndon Dykes, Scott Tiffoney has plenty of potential to make an impact.
Alan Forrest, Scott Robinson and Scott Pittman all provide a threat too and United leak goals – they have had just one clean sheet all season with a goal difference of -7 despite being in the top six.

- Celtic to win to nil (10-11, McBookie)
- Rangers to score 3+ (19-10, McBookie)
